Users can cancel their bookings through the SHUFFL-EV platform or by contacting our support team. Refund eligibility depends on the service type and timing.
SHUFFL-EV may cancel bookings due to vehicle unavailability, technical issues, safety concerns, or unavoidable circumstances. A full refund or alternative service will be provided.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. It may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
If a user fails to arrive at the pickup location or does not use the booked service, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
Subscription fees for drivers or partners are non-refundable once activated. Cancelling stops renewal but does not refund current plan.
